Your missions
  • Follow up of blocking points and keep the respective operation leader informed about activities status. Discuss with Operation Leader about possible planning adaptations. 
  • Push the partners and/or A/C coordinator on hot topics, blocking points, non-conformities 
  • Be the contact person of Airbus for and be responsible for giving the status of the ongoing activities 
  • Dispatch the work force needed in accordance with the activities’ requirements. 
  • Ensure daily reports on internal tools (Aircraft progress, Redmine). 
  • Track KPI about productivity, efficiency related to our activity and inform the Operational Leader in case of derivation and/or delay (particularly for production planning). 
  • Prepare and attend with the Operation Leader to meetings to review the KPI’s, blocking points, planning and activity in order to define short term actions. 
  • Follow the deliverable activity via KPI’s, milestones and ensure the information reliability. 
  • Participate to operational meeting related to our company projects.  
Your profile
  • Experienced working with installation/removal of engine/Fan cowl projects" as preferable requirement
  • Knowledge of the aeronautical environment (security, safety and quality measures) 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in both team and activity management/coordination 
  • Experience in reading and understanding technical documentations like structural drawings, work orders, maintenance manuals etc. 
  • Familiar with computer programs: MS Office programs, SAP, and Airbus internal tools  
  • Knowledge of the follow-up tools (ACPnG etc) 
  • Have Customer-oriented approach (listening, offering support and deliver on time) 
  • Familiar with report writing (accurate and straight to the point) and presentation to customers 
  • Good communication skills  
  • Familiar with QHSE (Quality, Health, Security and Environment) procedures 
  • Keen to make suggestion and offer improvement plans 
  • Fluent in English: C1
