The Aircraft Coordinator is in charge of organizing and supporting production activities in association with different departments.

Activities
- Coordinate/manage work orders with the different departments and liaise directly with the Aircraft Managers
- Review and analyse activity on a weekly basis: blocking points, difficulties encountered, areas for improvement, etc.
- Maintain a good relationship with the clients and keep them informed about ongoing activities and any related events
- Ensure the preparation and availability of tools, kits, equipment and technical documentation for production (analyse the status of missing items; make sure parts are available in advance and order missing parts)
- Ensure that the "aircraft schedule" is strictly respected
- Provide daily reports on the number of work orders created and NCs processed
- Monitor DQNs and concessions: investigations, reminders to the different partners
- Keep track of new aircrafts definitions (e.g.: catch-up work orders, updating plans)
- Solve technical problems in liaison with the Design and Preparation Offices
- Prioritise activities according to instructions from Aircraft Managers and milestones
- Prepare and present reviews, indicators, the balance between workload/workforce according to priorities (to Operational Managers at the weekly meeting)
- Organize and attend weekly meetings to plan activities via Aircraft Progress and distribute minutes to the support functions (prioritise work to be carried out, feedback on blocking points received from the previous shift)
- Monitor the Production group’s work flows and take the necessary measures to bring them to an acceptable level in the event of deviation
- Ensure that health, safety and environmental rules are respected within the team
- Participate in the aircraft hand-over meeting (e.g.: Quality Gate J1/J2/FOT) and track non conformities identified during this hand-over so as to implement corrective actions
- Report issues to OL/Service Manager (technical, HR, safety, etc.)
- Ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with good and professional practices as well as quality assurance procedures and criteria
