Your missions
The Operational leader is responsible for one or several work packages. S/He has to respect and to enforce (by the team and the customer) the work specification, the company technical offer and the contract.
The main function is to manage all the activities related the work package (s), ensuring the terms regarding safety and performance defined in the work specification including the PRM as well as in the company offer (business model) : cost, time and quality.

Regarding the customer
- Attend regular meetings
- Obtain all necessary elements in good time to participate to the PRMs
- Make delivery notes and have them approved by the customer
- Follow up of the action
- Provide support and ensure Customer satisfaction
- Be the main contact person for the customer
Regarding the contract
- Adapt the HR according to the needs and the technical specification
- Ensure the traceability (via the company internal tools) of any activity carried out
- Ensure availability of materials and resources/tools: Kits, PPE and technical documentation
- Define and enforce workflow & Processes according to contract requirements
- Analyze and propose improvements and in case of deviation act to correct them
- Ensure productivity and adapt the capacity to the workload
- Ensure the project is within contracted Scope
Regarding the team
- Be responsible for the administrative management of the team internal programs on daily basis: extra hours, validate holidays, absences etc.
- Verify and validate the different elements of remuneration of the team
- Analyze Skill gaps and initiate methods to improve skills within the team
- Ensure the Qualification and Training Process
- Perform regular evaluations in the team and the follow-up of trial period evaluation, annual performance review, adaptation period, etc.
- Check the suitability of the type of contract (permanent/fixed-term/temporary/internship, commercial contracts for the Derichebourg staff and business contract for outsourcing of activities) according to the needs of each work package
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environment standards as well as FOD rules are respected within the team
- Promote daily SQCDP & weekly meetings with the staff
- Enforce the Derichebourg internal rules, inform hierarchy in case of deviation, and enforce disciplinary measures if necessary
- Ensure Weekly Planning of Resources
- Responsible for social intercultural topics (Personal issues, Team building ,motivation, conflict management) within the team
- Be the main contact person for the team members
