The PMO Junior supports the Project Management Office in planning, tracking, and reporting project activities. The role requires strong analytical and presentation skills, with a focus on leveraging Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for clear and impactful reporting.

- Develop and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and KPIs using advanced Excel functionalities (pivot tables, formulas, charts, conditional formatting, etc.).
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations to support project reviews, steering committees, and management reporting.
- Support project managers in monitoring schedules, risks, and resource allocation.
- Consolidate data from multiple stakeholders into clear, structured reports.
- Participate in project meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with PMO standards.
- Assist in improving reporting templates and visualization tools for more efficient communication.
