Your missions
The PMO Junior supports the Project Management Office in planning, tracking, and reporting project activities. The role requires strong analytical and presentation skills, with a focus on leveraging Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for clear and impactful reporting.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and KPIs using advanced Excel functionalities (pivot tables, formulas, charts, conditional formatting, etc.).
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations to support project reviews, steering committees, and management reporting.
  • Support project managers in monitoring schedules, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Consolidate data from multiple stakeholders into clear, structured reports.
  • Participate in project meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with PMO standards.
  • Assist in improving reporting templates and visualization tools for more efficient communication.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • First professional experience (internship or entry-level) in project coordination, reporting, or support.
  • Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, advanced formulas (LOOKUP, IF, INDEX/MATCH), data validation, conditional formatting, and chart building.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills: ability to create clear, visually appealing, and management-ready presentations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, analytical, and eager to learn project management practices.
  • Fluency in English - German/French is a plus.
