Ihre Aufgaben

Idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Luftfahrtindustrie

Ganzheitliche Betreuung aller HR-Prozesse: Rekrutierung, Vertragsmanagement, Personaladministration, Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden
Eigenständige Steuerung und Abwicklung der Prozesse im Bereich der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (ANÜ): Rekrutierung, Vertragsgestaltung, gesetzeskonforme Einsatzplanung
Rekrutierung von technischen Fachkräften, insbesondere für die Industrie – idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Luftfahrtsektor
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, insbesondere im Rahmen von ANÜ: Equal Pay, maximale Überlassungsdauer etc.
Überwachung von Kosten und Performance der Zeitarbeitnehmer
Schnittstelle und Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende, Kunden und interne Teams
Vorbereitung der variablen Entgeltbestandteile für die Entgeltabrechnung
Betreuung und Personalmanagement unseres internen Engineering-Teams
Aktive Pflege und Entwicklung der Kundenbeziehungen

Ihr Profil

Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR-Generalist, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (ANÜ)
Sehr gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts und der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen zur Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
Erfahrung in der Luftfahrtindustrie ist von Vorteil
Erfahrung mit der Plattform Pontoon ist wünschenswert
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Organisationstalent und Dienstleistungsorientierung
Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Your missions

Ideally with experience in the aviation industry

Holistic management of all HR processes: recruitment, contract management, personnel administration, employee support
Independent management and handling of processes in the area of temporary employment: recruitment, contract drafting, legally compliant deployment planning
Recruitment of technical specialists, especially for industry – ideally with experience in the aviation sector
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, especially in the context of temporary employment: equal pay, maximum assignment duration, etc.
Monitoring of costs and performance of temporary employees
Interface and contact person for employees, customers and internal teams
Preparation of variable remuneration components for payroll accounting
Support and personnel management of our internal engineering team
Active maintenance and development of customer relationships

Your profile

Several years of experience as an HR generalist, ideally with a focus on temporary employment (ANÜ)
Very good knowledge of German labour law and the legal provisions governing temporary employment
Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage
Experience with the Pontoon platform is desirable
Very good written and spoken German and English
Strong communication skills, organisational talent and service orientation
Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
