Your missions

We’re looking for a skilled PLC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Siemens TIA Portal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, modify, and maintain PLC programs and machine control logic
  • Configure and improve HMI/operator interfaces (WinCC or similar)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation systems, including machine sequences, signals, and safety components
  • Support system testing, commissioning, and validation activities
  • Optimize existing PLC and HMI systems for performance, reliability, and usability
  • Assist in integrating sensors, actuators, and industrial communication interfaces
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, mechanical, production) to ensure smooth system operation
  • Document changes, issues, and solutions in a structured manner

Your profile

Experience
  • Junior to mid-level experience in PLC programming or industrial automation
  • Hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal (mandatory)
  • Exposure to HMI/SCADA systems (WinCC or similar)
Technical Skills
  • PLC programming (Ladder, FBD, or Structured Text)
  • Understanding of industrial automation and machine control systems
  • Experience in troubleshooting PLC/HMI systems
  • Basic knowledge of commissioning and debugging
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of Profinet/Profibus
  • Experience with safety systems (e.g., scanners, interlocks)
Languages
  • German: B1 minimum (mandatory)
  • English: B1 minimum (mandatory)
Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Good communication skills in an international environment
