We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Support to join our team on a part-time basis (20h). In this role, you will support our operations team in handling work order documentation. This role involves collecting, scanning, renaming, and uploading key documents in accordance with company archiving standards.
Key responsabilities:
Collecting work orders hardcopy front sheet and NSI sheets from Team Leaders
Scanning the front sheet and NSI with clarity and completeness
Renaming the scanned documents according to the projects archiving standards
Attaching the documents in company internal tool for each work order page
Ensuring all scanned work orders are correctly uploaded and stored for easy retrieval
Communicating with Team Leaders (TL) and Operation Leaders (OL) regarding any issues or discrepancies
Your profile
Good with written and oral communication
Excellent at organizing tasks (identify, prioritize, complete and delegate tasks appropriately to meet deadlines)
Proficient with computer software (Word, Excel, etc…)
Ability to effectively and efficiently guarantee administrative matters and management requirements
Good English level: B1
