Your missions

We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Aircraft Manager to oversee the entire production lifecycle, from structural assembly through to final delivery. This role includes coordination across international teams and a strong interface between suppliers and clients. The ideal candidate is quality- and deadline-focused, with a strong drive for continuous improvement in recurring production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities from structural assembly to final aircraft delivery, including oversight of international work packages
• Monitor and follow up on critical tasks, production flows, and key milestones
• Act as a key interface between suppliers and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Manage and prioritize non-conformities, ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on delivery
• Identify and implement process improvements for recurring production challenges

Your profile

• Proven experience in production supervision or coordination, ideally in aerospace or complex manufacturing
• Strong solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on quality and timely delivery
• Demonstrated ability to improve and streamline recurring production processes
• Fluency in German is mandatory
• Full-time on-site presence required
