Your missions
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term basis (9–12 months). In this role, you will support a wide range of HR operations including payroll, HR administration, and employee support. You'll work closely with our external payroll provider, support the Head of Human Resources, and liaise with the works council as needed.
Keys Responsabilities
Payroll & Time Management
• Oversee payroll process: verify attendance (including absences, sick leave, holidays), initiate payroll, review payslips, and coordinate corrections.
• Track bonus payments, on-call duties, overtime, hardship allowances, and TSA.
• Handle payroll inquiries and ensure compliance with legal and social security regulations.
• Support monthly time-tracking closure and payroll audits.
• Maintain payroll KPIs and liaise with the external payroll provider.
HR Administration
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR data in Personio and ensure timely updates to external payroll providers.
• Prepare employment contracts, certificates, and HR documents.
• Update internal HR tools and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the works council and assist with hearing processes as required.
