Your missions
In this challenging position, your main role is to drive strategic sales initiatives within the aeronautical industry across the European market. As you acquire new business, you will actively expand your network of potential clients and establish relationships with key market players. You will closely monitor market trends, product innovations, and conduct regular market analyses to identify and capture new opportunities. By staying in close contact with customers, you’ll ensure high-quality customer support, fostering long-term partnerships and positioning our company as a trusted, strategic partner in the aeronautical sector.
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, focusing on high-value clients including OEMs, MROs, and airline accounts across Europe.
- Identify emerging trends and business opportunities through ongoing market analysis, customer insights, and competitor intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client expectations and maximize the impact of sales initiatives.
Client Engagement & Proposal Development
- Build strong relationships with clients, becoming their primary point of contact and a trusted advisor.
- Independently lead meetings and complex negotiations at multiple levels within client organizations, from operational contacts to senior executives.
- Write and present tailored proposals and quotes to effectively communicate the value of our products and solutions.
- Manage contract negotiations, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Pipeline & Market Presence
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline with precise and timely forecasting, ensuring consistent lead progression and prioritization.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and report sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen our brand and expand professional networks.
