Your missions

• Perform on site liason and supervision at Supppliers' premises to identify root causes and resolve quality issues related to Suppliers' product and processes. 
• Establish Performance Indicators with COMAC HQ and suppliers to ensure Quality standards are attained and Continuous Improvement plans are executed accordingly. 
• Perform routine Quality Audits on 1st Tier Suppliers and participate in their Sub-tier suppliers Quality audits if required. 
• Report to CRO (COMAC Representative Office) Chief Representative. 
• Provide regular verbal and written progress reports to COMAC HQ quality functions and Supplier management functions. 
• He/She should react proactively to critical issues and crisis in events of significant Quality shortfalls.

Your profile

• Engineering degree holder in aeronautics/aviation or other related disciplines.
• In depth knowledge of prevailing Quality Management and Continuous Improvement processes. He/she should have at least 10 years working experience in aerospace/aviation industry and a minimum of 5 years' in Quality Management, preferably with first tier OEM suppliers for commercial aircraft programs. Previous involvement in Material Review Board (MRB) is a definite advantage.
• Certified Quality Engineer qualification, such as TQM is a plus. 
• Other quality relevant qualifications, such as "6-sigma black belt" is a plus. 
• Willing to travel and able to cope with tight work schedule and pressure. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work with multi-disciplinary and international teams.
