Interface Manager (All Genders)

Your missions
The Interface Manager ensures the interface between the different DERICHEBOURG departments and the customers. He/she pilots and coordinates projects related to aircraft transactions a selection of projects, supervises the execution of continuing operational management tasks on allocated projects.

Managing projects
  • Attend various "project launch" meetings and organize regular progress meetings for each project
  • Implement an action plan for each project
  • Set up and follow the work and activity schedule
  • Ensure the project deadline and its respect with the " Workpack ".
  • Implement and monitor performance indicators
  • Propose action plans to improve activities
  • Be the interface between the different actors of the project (operational leaders, technical coordinator, etc.)
  • Ensure reporting of activities to customers and to the Unit Leader
  • Prepare the necessary elements for customer invoicing
  • Coordinate the selection of projects with the DASG Quality Department and the client
  • Participate in various meetings as provided for in the contracts with the clients,

Ensure compliance with regulations
  • Advise his team and the client on regulations, malfunctions and activities,
  • Supervise the distribution of documents to customers and the archiving of technical files
  • Report to the quality department any failure or deviation,
  • Implement, monitor, coordinate and control the progress of corrective actions

Coordinate, lead and develop your team
  • Ensure the adequacy of the team in terms of size and skill level
  • Participate in the evaluation and development of the skills of its employees
  • Integrate and train employees
  • Ensure the replacement of absent employees
  • Monitor and verify the activity and administrative management of the team, in conjunction with colleagues
  • To be the relay of communication both upwards and downwards
  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations, including work schedules and the wearing of safety equipment, and take disciplinary action as required

Quality / Safety / Environment
  • Respect and apply the QSE procedures set up by the company and its customers
  • Ensure the proper application and compliance with safety rules and regulations
  • Make sure you have the necessary authorizations
Your profile
  • Hold a successfully completed technical degree, e.g., in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Possess relevant professional experience in project leadership or project management (Minimum 10 years' experience).
  • Demonstrate initial leadership experience with teams.
  • Proficient in management tools
  • Exhibit excellent written and spoken proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • German being a plus.
  • Work in an independent, structured, and result-oriented manner, with strong communication skills.
