Your missions
To support the Quality Inspection team by performing preliminary inspections, managing documentation flow, and ensuring that aircraft work orders are accurately tracked within the quality management system.
 
Activities

Preliminary Inspection & Support


  • Assist Quality Inspectors in visual inspections of mechanical ,structural and electrical components.
  • Conduct basic surface checks for skin panel  and paint uniformity before final inspector sign-off.
  • Perform initial verification of fastener and rivet counts against technical drawings.

Documentation & System Management


  • Prepare draft Technical Documentation ,mapping  and gather supporting data for documentation requests.
  • Update and maintain the follow-up files on aircraft work orders to ensure real-time status tracking.
Input data into the Airbus system SAP regarding parts,wo,NC traceability and shop floor progress.

Defect Identification & NC Support


  1. Identify visible surface defects or misalignments and report them to the Lead Inspector for Non-Conformity (NC) mapping.
  2. Assist in the administrative creation of NC reports, ensuring all "standard" fields (part number, location, serial number) are accurate.
Track the status of open NCs to ensure they are moving toward closure.

Quality & Safety Compliance

Ensure the work area adheres to FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention standards.
  1. Verify that all tools used by the production team are within their calibration dates.
  2. Apply internal safety and security procedures consistently during all hangar or shop floor activities.
Your profile
  • Knowledge of the aeronautical environment (security, safety and quality measures)
  • Experience in reading and understanding technical documentations like structural drawings, work orders, maintenance manuals etc.
  • You have technical or logistical training/studies
  • You have professional experience in the field of quality.
  • Have Customer-oriented approach (listening, offering support and deliver on time)
  • You can operate MS Office safely; If you're already familiar with SAP, that's an advantage.
  • You are Fluent in English: minimum B2
  • You have good communication skills: written and verbal
