Your missions

Take charge of ensuring quality assurance and continuous improvement in a dynamic production environment. As the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will uphold and enhance the highest standards in the aerospace industry.


Quality in Production:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, showcasing employee qualifications.
  • Identify and resolve operational anomalies while implementing preventive measures.
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of the quality management system.
  • Conduct operational project monitoring and participate in tender meetings.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and manage SAP access as well as employee ID documentation for Airbus sites (ID-Sheets).

Training and Development:
  • Plan and track internal and external training sessions in collaboration with HR.
  • Ensure proper use and training for the competence management tool (e.g., BisonHQ)
  • Conduct and oversee technical and safety-related training sessions (e.g., FOD, Human factor, counterfeit Parts). 

Health and Safety:
  • Attend quarterly ASA meetings and workplace inspections.
  • Monitor risk assessments and operating instructions.
  • Organise occupational health checks and safety training (e.g., first aiders, fire safety officers).

Quality Communication and Auditing
  • Act as the focal point for customer complaints related to quality issues.
  • Participate in and conduct internal and external audits.

Your profile

Education and Experience:
  • Degree in engineering (technical focus).
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in the aerospace industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of aerospace standards and quality management practices.
  • Familiarity with Airbus processes and software (e.g., NormMaster, SAP).
  • Proficiency in English (fluent in both written and spoken communication) and German. French is a plus.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
