Your missions
The purpose of the position is to ensure an independent authority for monitoring the corporate structure/processes with direct connection to the management. With his experience, the Head of Quality & Process Management directly draws the attention of the management to deviations of existing processes from normative requirements, as well as customer requirements, and develops solutions with regard to the process chain. He is responsible for monitoring and revising internal company guidelines.
Activities
• Support in the implementation of quality-related requests
• Participation and technical advice in the strategic planning and implementation of the company's quality policy and objectives in close cooperation with the management
• Continuous review and further development of the organisation's process landscape
• Coordination, consulting and training of managers and functional employees around the process landscape
• Communicating quality principles to drive quality awareness in the company
• Coordination of the development, updating and further development of the QM specifications: QM manual and QMS
• Review of internal and external quality documents (e.g. EN9100, ISO27001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ASR)
• Planning and carrying out supplier audits
• Planning and implementation of internal audits and management reviews
• Planning, participation and monitoring of certification examinations
• Monitoring of quality indicators (across projects), support with error analyses (RCAs)
• Determine customer satisfaction on the basis of quality figures
• Management/monitoring of audit results
• Carrying out quality training
• Support in the creation and management of function/role descriptions
